Fun with Phonics
Nathan is learning to read, using these little phonics books that we get from the library. They're a bit contrived at the best of times: "The squire struts down Stream Street."

Oh that takes me back. I think I my parents may still have my hooked on phonics books from when I was trying to learn to read. Now, I want to go back and see if I had any custodians!

I feel awfully guilty now as I just brought home a couple of lovely squid for dinner.
